Adoption Buying Policy
Please note if you do not read the policy and agree to it, it still applies. I have the right to refuse any sale at any time. All rabbits receive worming's & a dose of BENE BAC before they are sent to their new homes. Rabbits are cared for in our home as well as foster family homes. Visitors are not permitted, for BIO SECURITY & Privacy.  If needing personality on a certain rabbit we will be happy to facetime or answer any questions you have.  Rabbits are health checked and handled daily to ensure everyone is thriving and happy. If we have a pregnant rabbit intake who has babies they do not leave until at least 8 weeks of age, if I feel a rabbit kit is having a hard time weaning I will not permit it to leave until I feel it will do well. Rabbits are adopted out to our best knowledge as fully healthy, I will not in good conscience adopt out a sick rabbit. Due to the fragile nature of rabbits no guarantees or replacements will be given after leaving our care.  (Please make sure you have done research and your family is prepared and your home is suitable for the needs of a pet rabbit. Please refer to care videos or ask questions if needing help.) All rescue intakes are kept inside and given playtime outside. fleas/mites sometimes can come in hay which should make up 80% of your rabbits diet. Rabbits get treated and checked before they go, if these are found on your rabbit after adoption is final it is your responsibility. Rabbit Transportation is available but is the responsibility of the adopter. I do work with several transporters.  All rabbits are started on litterbox training while living in our home and foster families but we DO NOT guarantee your new adopted rabbit to be 100% litterbox trained when going home. Rabbits need adjustment periods after being placed and this can play a part in their litterbox habits. Rabbits will come with transition feed please make sure you properly transition to your own feed to prevent stomach upset and possible GI Stasis. As always we are here for any questions you have please feel free to ask anytime!
