We are currently on a winter break and NOT accepting any rabbits at this time. Rabbit rescue is very expensive and donors are hard to find! We hope to recoup by late spring thank you for understanding
Welcome to the Warren! We are a teeny tiny rescue located near Charlotte NC. The warren started out as a Rabbitry but converted over to a Rescue. We focus on free roaming and updated care info for new rabbit owners and breaking stigmas that rabbits are a small caged pet. Please look around and message us with any questions.

Surrendering Rabbits
We understand that life happens and this can be an extremely difficult time for you and your family. If you need to surrender a rabbit, know that they will be coming into a home where they will be loved and cared for while they transition in finding their forever home. Rabbits live inside and after a small quarantine period they are free roamed, integrated with our herd and taught how to litterbox train. Please note some rabbit intakes may need to be put on a wait list as we are small and only take in rabbits that we can accommodate comfortably and safely, with that being said PLEASE DO NOT DUMP your rabbit. If the need is urgent we will work with you to get your rabbit into a safe place.

What if I find a stray?
If you find a stray rabbit outside and are unable to capture it please email us and let us know; Location, Description, and time you last saw the rabbit, we will do our best to retrieve the rabbit and start the rehabilitation program. We DO NOT take in wild rabbits, please call your local wildlife rehabber for help and info. Please make sure if its a baby rabbit it is actually in need of assistance, rabbits do not mother their babies like most mammals.

At this time White Rabbit Warren is not a 501C3 this DOES NOT mean we are any less of a rescue. It simply means your donations to us are not able to be wrote off on your taxes. All donations go directly to the warren and needs of rabbits.
